- INNER: the PLTN team of Black Gen Z creatives, thinkers, & visionaries
- MIDDLE: PLTN affiliate-partner coalition of multidisciplinary intellectuals & creative professionals
- OUTER: Black diaspora indivuduals (youth + our elders/OGs) and orgs, institutions, and brands/businesses by us & for us

WHAT.
Enlist inner & middle levels to create self-sustaining and principled solidarity economies’ systems tackles & media, primarily for outer level of community

HOW.
- Sell tangible products & services as system tackles
- Connecting businesses w/ the world of community orgs, locally & beyond
- Sell consulting as education & systems tackles to those who also want to build via agencies, worker-owned businesses, co-ops and disruptives, etc in all industries

WHY.
- To create structural change via initiatives: New structures built for us & by us
- To promote cultural change & elevate consciousness through traditional, unconventional forms of media
- To promote self-sufficient black commerce, and ultimately thriving Black anti-capitalism
- To establish community control of neighborhoods and the diaspora by Building AND Sharing our community knowledge together
- To win over the people in order to get the tides to turn at large, not just within the same parameters holding us back
