We do multidisciplinary creative and design consulting while serving as a community-focused org powered by the collective imagination of Black Gen Z creatives, thinkers, & visionaries.
We have been moved by our past, continuing, & prospective experiences being Black under Capitalism to believe that radical change is the only way forward--anything less is not urgent enough.
We realize we are members of multiple levels of community, and look to create both mutual aid opportunities (Needs AND Knowledge) while building new anti-capitalist, Black Liberatory structures of the future that benefit us and everyone else in turn.

Our Story.
PLTN is a multidisciplinary worker-owned creative house and co-op sparking structural and cultural change in the world through impact-driven disruption. We are composed of individual creatives, thinkers, & visionaries from different dimensions of knowledge, united in our mission to use our gifts to lift each other up and build new futures together.
PLTN hosts a Consulting Agency, Creative Studio, and an Organization within its framework, and is ever-changing and growing to include more segments and disciplines. We look to build a portfolio of clients who are dedicated to doing good in the world, building better systems for us all to live under through disruption, restructuring, and network-building. We collaborate to incorporate our perspective into customized projects (services, productions, initiatives, etc.) delivered with the same standard of excellence and principles as our own studio-based projects.

Through our org, we create mutual aid networks for Black creatives and communities through any and all of our various capacities, with the goal of creating a self-sufficient ecosystem in which creative workers can both own their work and reach out to one another in every way in order to build our shared vision of the world in all aspects. We hail community members as equal members of the process, and do not seek to “represent” our community but to organize them.
Ultimately, we wish to exist in the solidarity economy, engaging our community at all levels and deploying our strengths to transition from old while beginning to tackle the large systems that will serve the people.

To facilitate the connection and organization of individuals, businesses, & institutions in and affecting Black diaspora communities into a solidarity economy of anti-capitalist dual power organizations and providers
